I am reporting a Nigerian scammer called William Anderson, but he goes by many names/faces. I met him on match.com. His profile has been removed from the (He said he removed it b/c I was the one.) I got suspicious on the second chat. He wrote this:

'in my dreams, I saw you on the pier. The wind was blowing through your hair, and your eyes held the fading sunlight. I was speechless as I watched you leaning against the rail. You are beautiful, I thought as I saw you, a vision that I could never find in anyone else. I slowly began to walk toward you, and when you finally turned to me, I noticed that others had been watching you as well. 'Do you know her?' they asked me in jealous whispers, and as you smiled at me I simply answered with the truth, 'Better than I know myself'

I googled the words and found this talking all about the scam. His story is similar to the ones on this site: In Nigeria working, but is from N.C. Caught ex-wife cheating on him. Has a 7 year old daughter. Will return to the U.S. in 3 weeks. He was born in Australia and both parents died in a car wreck. He never scammed me b/c i checked him out after the 2nd chat. I was lucky - I trusted my gut. Thank you.

Pretty sure this is the same guy who was trying to scam me on POF. Goes by Wayne Andersen, 42. Wife supposedly died in a train crash when she was driving home from visiting her parents 3 years ago. Guess what? Couldn't find any news stories about that. Mother is Dennisa Booth Andersen from Oslo Norway, married Dennis Booth, moved to Houston where Wayne grew up and lost his older brother. Mother supposedly now lives in Louisiana but couldn't find record of her which is strange for such a unique name... Everybody has a digital footprint of some kond in this day and age! She is on holiday in South Africa while Wayne is working in Malaysia as an engineer and just couldn't wait to meet me when they return. Elaborate story with broken English and too many unverified facts. Do your homework ladies and remain skeptical until you get proof that the person you are talking with is authentic! Sent one photo which slightly looked like profile pic but he removed the profile shortly after we started texting. Promised to send more photos but never did. He has a CO phone 720-372-3808 and email is waynepete101@gmail.com. Mother's email is dwbooth1970@gmail.com. He declared his love for me after we had only been talking a few days. He told me about a dream he had... And I found this site when I Googled the words.

So I asked him if he knows William Anderson, William Mayo or Alan Armstrong. He said yes that he copied the quote because it perfectly explains his dream in a sophisticated way and he wanted to make me smile and be happy. Not falling for it!

'Bill Anderson' asked to be my friend on Facebook - and within 4 days he was saying I was 'THE ONE' . It made me laugh because it was so obvious it was a foreign scammer by the bad English used when writing. Oh! And the poetry! Wow! Shakespeare would have been proud He is now begging me to download' VIBER' so that we can talk in private. When I pointed out that I could talk using my iPhone , or messenger - he said ' THE ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FIELDS AT THE OIL FIELD STOPS ME GETTING SIGNALS'. What an idiot! I just wish there was a way his name could be posted on facebook to stop gullible women from getting scammed. I am waiting for him to ask for money - I shall play along because I am at least preventing another lady from being fleeced by this dreadful person.
